Moliy Postpones Europe & UK Tour, Citing Need to Focus on Mental Wellbeing
Ghanaian singer Moliy has postponed her upcoming Europe and UK tour, which was scheduled to begin in October.
The singer shared the news with fans on Instagram, citing the need to take some time for herself.
Addressing her fans, Moliy thanked those who had already purchased tickets and supported the tour. “Thank you for showing up BIG and grabbing your tickets to my EU/UK Tour. I felt all of the love and send it right back to you,” she wrote.
The “Shake It to the Max (Fly)” hitmaker apologised for the postponement and said she wanted to be transparent about the decision. She explained that she needs to focus on getting to “a good place mentally” before returning to the stage.
“I want to make sure my performance is everything you deserve and more,” Moliy added, emphasising her desire to deliver the best possible experience for her fans when she resumes touring.
All tickets for the postponed dates will be refunded, according to Moliy. While new dates have not yet been announced, she assured fans that she will return soon.
